Q: How far in advance do I need to schedule different types of reports?
A: Reports should be scheduled prior to the desired assts as of date. The assets as of date cannot be scheduled retroactively. Users requiring a report as soon as possible should initiate a report right away versus using the scheduler.
Q: Can I modify or cancel a scheduled report after it's been set up?
A: If it is prior to the requested assets as of date and the report is not in progress, you can make any number of modifications to the scheduled report including changing the requested service providers, assets as of date, and deleting the scheduled report altogether.
Q: Can I modify or cancel a scheduled report once it is in progress?
A: Reach out to the Client Success Team at clientsuccess@fiduciarydecisions.com to make changes to a report in progress.
Q: What happens if I miss responding to a notification or action request?
A: Failure to respond may result in delayed processing for the report in question.
